This is a courtesy translation. The Arabic version of this agreement is the legally binding one.
First party ("the Platform"): Aspire Tech Est. — commercial registration no. 7050694145 — operating under the "Sawwiha" brand (sawwiha.com).
Second party ("the Partner"): the company applying for verification, represented by the responsible person named in the verification form in their stated capacity.
1 — Nature of the relationship
The Platform is a marketing intermediary that delivers customer requests to the Partner. The Partner is an independent company that contracts with the customer directly and in its own name: the quote, invoice, and warranty are issued by the Partner, and the Partner alone is responsible for performing the service and its quality. The Platform is not a party to the service contract and does not collect payment from the customer.
2 — Execution rules (membership conditions)
- Work is performed by the Partner's own team. Passing the customer or the work to any third party is prohibited. (One violation = membership termination)
- A written quote is delivered to the customer before any repair work starts. Inspection services at the agreed advertised prices.
- An official tax invoice + written warranty in the Partner's name are delivered to the customer upon completion.
- A copy of the quote and the invoice is sent to the Platform (for documentation and customer protection). The Platform's receipt of copies does not make it a party to the contract.
- Respond to a dispatched request within 30 minutes with acceptance or apology; otherwise the request is forwarded to another partner.
- Honor the written warranty. Ignoring a legitimate warranty claim = membership termination.
3 — Fees
Platform fees follow the fee schedule (Annex B) in the approved version sent to the Partner at verification; accepting it is a condition for activating membership. The fixed principles:
- First 3 requests (trial period): free.
- No fees are due on a request that was not completed or whose quote the customer did not accept — you only pay if you get paid.
- Settlement per job (or monthly at higher volume) by bank transfer against an invoice from the Platform.
- Late payment or concealing completed work suspends request dispatch.
- Any change to the fee schedule: 30 days' advance notice, applying to new requests only.
4 — Request distribution and rating
Requests are distributed among the city's partners by performance (acceptance speed, customer ratings, rule compliance). The Platform contacts the customer after the service to confirm quality, and customer feedback affects the Partner's share of requests. Membership is non-exclusive on the Platform's side.
5 — Customer data
Dispatched customer data belongs to that request only. Selling, sharing, or using it in marketing campaigns is prohibited.
6 — Term and termination
The agreement is effective from the date of consenting to it in the verification form. Either party may terminate it by written notice, with fees for in-progress work and warranty obligations toward customers remaining in force.
